We understand that the needs and requirements of each of our clients are unique. With this in mind, we tailor our implementations to meet those needs and work with our clients to ensure that the process is efficient, accurate and exceeds expectations.

Following a short orientation, trainees and faculty can resume their activities immediately, without the need for reference manuals and more training sessions. In addition, MedHub schedules regular teleconferences with clients to discuss issues and enhancements. Because of this proactive communication, rarely does a small issue grow to become a problem.

Scoping

To ensure you’re setup for success as a MedHub user from the very beginning, you’ll have a call with your Project Manager to discuss the implementation process. On this call we’ll set milestones and expectations to ensure everyone is working toward the same goals and deadlines.
