MedHub provides one-on-one support for software questions via an online ticket system for documenting and logging inquiries with our MedHub and eValue platforms. Our Support Team consistently monitors the ticketing system to ensure we are responding to you in a timely fashion. We provide guidance as to the operation of the system, explanation of functions and features, along with trouble shooting system issues that may arise.

If you are a resident, trainee, student, or educator requiring assistance using the platform, please contact the eValue or MedHub administrator at your program or institution.
