Our Implementation Process

Step 1: Consultation & Business Analysis
To ensure you’re setup for success from the very beginning, you’ll have a call with your Project Manager to discuss the implementation process. On this call we’ll set milestones and expectations to ensure everyone is working toward the same goals and deadlines.

Step 2: System Overview & Data Collection
Our implementation team will work with you to collect data to provide a full picture of your program(s), including biographic data for your users, courses/rotation lists, sites lists, evaluation and assessment forms and any other data that may be required for your implementation.

Step 3: System Configuration
Our team uses the the results of your business analysis and data aggregation to build your program's platform. Your unique needs, best practices, and data aids in creating the system that will support you and your team.

Step 4: Training
Once your platform is setup with the data you need, we’ll take you through tailored training to learn how you can get the most out of the system. You’ll learn how to configure and maintain each component of the system.

Step 5: Program Review
Before going live, a team of our experts and your users will test your site and revisit initial project milestones to ensure your initial requirements and infrastructure needs are being met.

Step 6: System Launch!
Congratulations, your platform is live! As you move from the implementation phase to day-to-day usage, we'll transition you to your new team of ongoing support including strategic partners, ongoing enablement, and support.
