How MedHub's Implementation Process Works

Selecting and bringing on a new vendor can feel overwhelming. Program administrators and IT teams are charged with combining program activities, evaluating processes, setting up new workflows, and migrating data on top of the day-to-day administration activities. It's a lot to do, and you need a partner that makes it easy. That's where we come in.

With more than 500 implementations under our belts, we know that success depends on building a partnership that's rooted in understanding and committed to excellence.

Our experts know that no two institutions, or implementations, are the same. Each institution has unique needs, which is why we start with developing in-depth understanding of your unique institution and goals. With this shared foundation, you can be confident that the implementation process is efficient, accurate and exceeds expectations.

Our Implementation Process

Step 1: Business Analysis

To ensure you’re setup for success from the very beginning, you’ll have a call with your Project Manager to discuss the implementation process. On this call we’ll set milestones and expectations to ensure everyone is working toward the same goals and deadlines.

Step 2: Data Aggregation

Our implementation team will work with you to collect data to provide a full picture of your program(s), including biographic data for your users, courses/rotation lists, sites lists, evaluation and assessment forms and any other data that may be required for your implementation.
