Our library of video tutorials, how-to articles, and comprehensive online manual give you access to help whenever you need it. We also provide support tools to help your staff train other users.

For one-to-one help, MedHub has a trouble ticket system for documenting and logging issues. Our staff is alerted immediately of any system problems or training issues. After hours, a MedHub staff member is always on call to monitor and respond to issues.
