Dear MedHub GME Users:
This year’s GME Users Conference will be hosted by Cleveland Clinic and held in Cleveland, Ohio on September 14th and 15th, 2015. The event will be held at the Wyndham Cleveland at Playhouse Square. Space is strictly limited.
This year, a registration fee of $250 will be assessed for each attendee. All attendees are responsible for their own travel, meals and hotel accommodations. During the conference, breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided.

Registration deadline for attending this year’s conference is September 1, 2015. Invoices will be provided to each institution just after the September deadline based on the number of attendees that have registered.
Hotel rooms at the Wyndham Cleveland are available on a first come, first serve basis. The room rate is $129 per night. Reservations for attendees must be received on or before August 23rd, 2015.
For any attendees who may wish to arrive early or depart later than indicated in the official dates, September 13th-15th, the hotel will honor the $129 room rate for two days prior and two days after the conference. However, early arrivals or late departures are subject to space availability. Please contact the hotel directly if you anticipate arriving earlier than the 13th or leaving later than the 15th. Our conference agenda is still in progress, but we wanted you to be aware that there will be a reception, hosted by Cleveland Clinic, on September 14th following the sessions. In addition, we will also be holding our very first inaugural poster session for institutions who wish to participate. We will be sending another communication regarding the details of this poster session soon.
