MedHub Lands Eleven New Enterprise Clients to Date in 2012

Ann Arbor, Michigan – MedHub, Inc., has recently signed enterprise agreements with eleven major academic teaching hospitals and affiliates in 2012. These institutions include:

  • Mayo Clinic – Rochester, MN. Jacksonville, FL. Phoenix, AZ
  • Yale University Graduate Medical Education – New Haven, CT
  • Griffin Hospital – Derby, CT
  • Greenwich Hospital – Greenwich, CT
  • Bridgeport Hospital – Bridgeport, CT
  • Yale University Undergraduate Medical Education – New Haven, CT
  • The University of Colorado – Aurora/Denver, CO
  • Geisinger Health System – Danville, PA
  • Children’s National Medical Center – Washington

MedHub has hired three new employees so far in 2012 and plans multiple additional hires for 2013. MedHub is currently renovating its new headquarters in the historic old mill building in Dexter and is anticipating a spring move-in date.

The MedHub system is an enterprise-only integrated web-based suite of modules developed to streamline communication, information workflow and audit response for physician training and residency program accreditation and institutional Medicare reimbursement. MedHub provides over 65,000 healthcare stakeholders real-time access to critical information essential to the management of their respective specialized tasks. MedHub replaces multiple databases and ad hoc processes with logical workflow centered around a unified database and intuitive business process.

Data managed by MedHub includes: real-time rotation, shift, call and clinic schedules, faculty and trainee demographic data, evaluations, case logs/medical procedures, didactic conference management, duty hours, testing and document management.

Enterprise-wide data managed and processed by MedHub includes: payroll/funding input, affiliated institutional billing, Medicare reimbursement, contracts, accreditation data, FTE calculations, and auditing functions.
