MedHub’s E*Value platform was chosen to facilitate a year-long study to determine the value of Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) rotations. The study is being conducted as a joint effort of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), University at Buffalo, The State University of New York School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy.
In addition to helping the AACP study authors measure student contributions in both inpatient and outpatient practice settings, institutions that participate in the study will receive the following benefits:
- Free access to the E*Value PxDx Case Logger component for the duration of the study for APPE students.
- Aggregate report of their students’ data
- Opportunity for students to experience intervention-logging in a practice setting, further preparing them for practice.
