Updates

  • [GME/UME] Program Administrator, Faculty, Student Administrator, Course Coordinator – Corrected an issue in Evaluation Delivery History report where the “Faculty of Service/Clinic” evaluation type was missing from the Evaluation Types dropdown
  • [GME/UME] Internal Users – Corrected an issue on the MedHub Support site where selecting the “Browse by all tickets” option in Advanced Search could result in a blank screen. The ticket list is now loaded without errors, even for large volumes of tickets
  • [GME/UME] Internal Users – Corrected an issue in the MedHub Support portal where emails forwarded from Outlook to [email protected] appeared difficult to read. Forwarded emails now display with clean, readable formatting and proper line breaks for easier review
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Hospital Finance, Faculty – Corrected an issue in the Ad‑hoc Resident Demographics report so all residents who trained in the selected program and date range are accurately included in both on-screen and Excel outputs
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Hospital Finance, Faculty – Corrected an issue in the Ad-hoc Resident Demographics report where programs were not consistently sorted alphabetically when running the report across all programs
  • [GME] Program Administrator – Corrected an issue in the Conferences module where the Batch Modify Conferences tool was not updating some program access and group assignments for selected future conferences
  • [GME] Program Administrator – Corrected an issue in PLA Management where GME approval of PLA requests with merged PDF attachments could time out
  • [GME] Faculty – Corrected an issue in the Completed Evaluations faculty view so that evaluations can be open, even with the second lecturer left blank
  • [UME] Student Administrator, Course Coordinator, Faculty – Corrected an issue in Curriculum Mapping so users may reorder sessions successfully even when a course includes over 255 sessions
  • [UME] Student Administrator, Course Coordinator –  Corrected an issue on the Student Demographics Enrollment tab where attempting to delete an enrollment that had already been removed (for example, by another user or browser session) caused an error
  • [UME] Student – Corrected an issue where accessing an application link for a student who had already been deleted could result in an error

Work Hour Analytics Report

  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty – Users can now export the first page of the Work Hours Analytics report to a formatted PDF suitable for sharing/printing.
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty  – Users can now export the first page of the Work Hours Analytics report to a raw CSV for easy sorting/filtering and deeper analysis in spreadsheet tools.

  • [GME/UME] All User Types – Strengthened security for Community site documents so that files are only accessible to users who are logged in and have the appropriate access, while unauthorized users now see a generic message
  • [GME/UME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Student Administrator, Course Coordinator – Corrected an issue in Evaluation Forms where skip logic was applied after it was disabled at the form-level
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Hospital Finance, Faculty – Corrected an issue in the Ad-Hoc Resident Demographics report to ensure values are correct and all trainees are included for the selected programs

  • [GME] Program Administrator, Faculty – Corrected an issue on the Absence/Schedule Request Approval page, so that Faculty approvers can safely approve absence requests
  • [GME] Program Administrator – Corrected an issue in the Resident Advancement Wizard where quickly clicking the “Next” button multiple times could create duplicate advancement records. The wizard now disables the button while processing
  • [GME] Hospital Finance – Corrected an issue in the IRIS Data Export where the Current Employer field did not handle when no employer is listed for the trainee or when the employer value contains special characters
  • [GME] Resident – Corrected an issue with the resident timesheet submission view to ensure work hours may be submitted successfully
  • [GME] Resident –  Corrected an issue in the Resident view of Milestone Summary, where milestone statistics and achievement columns continued to display for trainees even after administrators disabled the “Show Competency/Milestone Charts” setting
  • [UME] Student Administrator –  Corrected an issue in the Student Enrollment screen where deleting certain enrollment records could cause an error and prevent the page from loading
  • [UME] Student Administrator – Improved lottery student enrollment process by adding logs and alerts
  • [UME] Student – Corrected an issue in the Medical Student Evaluations Aggregate View where some students were encountering an error when viewing their aggregate evaluation results

  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty – Fixed NYS 405 “Average Hours per 7 Days” calculation to prevent false Max Hours violations in work hours analytics.
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty – Updated Max Hours and Days Off calculations to treat “No Timesheet” as 0 hours/day off, eliminating false violations for partial weeks.

  • [GME/UME] All User Types – Updated the password recovery process so that when a user resets their password from a password recovery email, all active, linked MedHub accounts that share the same email address are updated together, while inactive accounts and accounts with different email addresses are left unchanged

  • [GME/UME] All User Types – Improved accessibility on key reports and program evaluation pages by correcting underlying page structure so screen readers and other assistive technologies can more reliably identify and navigate content
  • [GME/UME]  All User Types – Corrected an issue with the /functions/api/evals/post evaluations API where sending an evaluation item with a null value caused an error
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty – Corrected an issue in the Procedure Certifications Summary report, where it failed to generate due to blank or invalid filters
  • [GME] GME Office, Hospital Finance – Corrected an issue in the Billing Summary report where the Amount column was limited to 8 digits. Totals now accurately display full billing amounts and align with the Bill Funding Source report
  • [GME] GME Office – Corrected an issue in APE Parameters where reordering metrics within a category did not consistently save. Changes to metrics order are now reliably preserved after saving and revisiting the page
  • [GME] Program Administrator –  Updated the Aggregate Evaluations report to display the appropriate message if administrators attempt to run a report on students
  • [GME] Program Administrator – Improved the QGenda 2.0 Clinics import, so the sync is able to process more efficiently, reducing run time
  • [GME] Resident – Corrected an issue in onboarding application instructions when the employee ID token is included
  • [GME] Internal Users – Corrected an issue with an internal script that ensures compliance items, tests, immunizations and certifications display in demographics profiles according to the defined program associations
  • [UME] Student Administrator, Course Coordinator, Faculty – Corrected an issue in the Procedure Log Summary report where it would fail if run without selecting any clerkships, sites, or departments; the report now loads successfully and shows standard headers with a “none” message when no filters are selected

  • [GME/UME] All User Types – Fixed an issue on the MedHub legal agreement page where some users were seeing an error after accepting the agreement
  • [GME/UME] Program Administrator, Faculty, Student Administrator,  Course Coordinator – Corrected an issue in the Evaluation Completion Summary report where running the report without selecting an evaluation form caused an error. Now the report will include all evaluation forms if no specific form is selected
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator – Corrected an issue in the Procedure Import Wizard where importing procedures with locations set to “Add new definition” could trigger a system error and stop the import
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator – Corrected an issue in Accreditation alerts where email notifications were not being sent to designated GME Accreditation contacts when a program submitted an Annual Program Evaluation (APE)
  • [GME] Program Administrator – Corrected an issue in Faculty Scheduling where faculty service assignments linked to deleted or missing services caused duplicate information to appear in faculty demographic profiles
  • [GME] Program Administrator – Fixed an issue in PLA Management where some PLA approvals failed with an error when a supporting PDF was unreadable
  • [GME] Faculty, Resident – Corrected an issue in Evaluation Forms where users were blocked from submitting evaluations if a required question was hidden by skip logic

Work Hour Analytics Report

  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty – Corrected false Max Hour violations in Work Hours Analytics when the reporting week starts on days other than Sunday, ensuring accurate violation calculations.
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty – Updated Work Hour Analytics to automatically fall back to Rotation Periods (and then Custom Periods) when no Work Hour Review Periods exist, preventing empty “no rows to show” reports when valid data is available.

Work Hour Analytics Report

  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty – Fixed trainee count mismatches so Work Hour Analytics summaries now accurately reflect the actual number of trainee rows shown in both View by Trainees and View by Period.
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty – Ensured trainees appear consistently for the same date range in both View by Trainee and View by Period so that any period visible for a trainee is also listed under that period in View by Period.
