Enhancements

Work Hour Analytics Report

  • [GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty]: Aligned the trainee-level summary and detail section headers on the Work-Hour report by adding missing columns like “Average Days Off Violation” and “Average Hours Max” and adjusting the layout for a more consistent experience across views.
  • [GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty]: Updated the Work-Hour report to replace the “View Details” text link with a consistent icon in both Period and Trainee views, improving column alignment, layout clarity, and overall usability.
  • [GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty]: Made Work-Hour report violation counts on the first page clickable, drilling into a second-page view that’s filtered to only the specific periods, trainees, and calendars where that violation actually occurred.
  • [GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty]: Updated the Work-Hour report so the “Break Between Work Periods” header defaults to an 8‑hour break and only shows CONST_HOURS_BREAK when a valid program-level custom work-hours rule is configured, keeping trainee summary and detail views consistent.
  • [GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty]: Updated Work-Hour report break violation logic to use an 8‑hour default or program-specific custom thresholds, keeping calculation and column headers aligned.

Updates

[GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty]: Ensured trainee Employee ID is consistently displayed alongside the trainee name in the “View by Trainee” view of the Work-Hour Report, matching the behavior of the “View by Period” view.
