Medhub Release Notes | May 06, 2026

Enhancements

  • [GME/UME] All User Types — Improved the persistence of version numbering for legal agreements. This ensures that the specific version of an agreement accepted by a user is accurately recorded and maintained for compliance and historical tracking.
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator — Enabled authorized users to delete Program Level Agreement (PLA) and Rotation requests directly from the View and Modify Request interfaces. This allows for the removal of duplicate or erroneous requests that are no longer needed.
  • [GME] GME Office — Introduced comprehensive audit trail logging for the deletion of PLA and Rotation requests. These actions are now captured as a specific audit type and can be reviewed within the Audit Query report to track when and by whom a request was removed.

Updates

  • [GME] GME Office — Corrected a user interface alignment issue that caused the delete button to appear misaligned on certain screens. The button is now properly positioned for improved visibility and ease of use.
  • [GME/UME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Resident, Student Administrator, Student — Corrected an issue in Application Documents where attempting to view a document that no longer exists resulted in a browser error instead of a proper notification
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator — Resolved an issue with the QGenda clinic integration that caused automated clinic imports to fail. Clinic data now synchronizes correctly between QGenda and the MedHub schedule.
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator — Corrected an issue in Resident Demographics where navigating to the profile of a trainee whose account had been fully removed from the system resulted in a page error instead of a proper notification
  • [UME] Student — Corrected an issue where accessing the Student Application page resulted in an error, preventing it from loading.

Medhub Release Notes | April 29, 2026

Enhancements

  • [GME] GME Office — Improved the PLA Requests and the Rotation Requests export by adding the Request ID as the first column in the exported Excel file, enhancing traceability between the exported data and the MedHub interface.

Updates

  • [GME/UME] All User Types — Corrected an issue where system emails could fail to send if a user’s email address contained certain hidden characters. These characters are now automatically removed to ensure reliable email delivery.
  • [GME/UME] All User Types — Improved the completeness of evaluation reporting by ensuring all relevant evaluation types, including Faculty evaluation of a service/clinic, are available as filter options across several reports.
  • [GME/UME] All User Types — Corrected an issue that caused a server error when submitting an evaluation that triggered a low-score alert email. These alerts are now delivered reliably to the configured recipients.
  • [GME/UME] Internal Users — Corrected an issue with the Support Site integration where closing a Jira ticket linked to a deleted support thread caused a technical error.
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator — Corrected an issue with the residentInfo and residentEducation API endpoints where the school name was not being returned for certain records. The API now correctly identifies and returns the school name based on the associated school code.
  • [GME] GME Office — Improved the ERAS Import Wizard to handle scenarios where the temporary import file is missing or inaccessible. The wizard now displays a clear error message and instructions to restart the process instead of triggering a system error.
  • [GME] Hospital Finance — Corrected an issue on the IRIS pre-test landing page where an error occurred when viewing datasets that did not yet have a “last run” date. The page now loads successfully and displays “Unknown” if the pre-test was previous run, but the run occurred before the last run date was tracked. If the user navigates directly to the pre-test page before it is run, they are landed back on the IRIS 2.0 list view with a message to run the pre-test.
  • [UME] Student Administrator — Improved the Enrollment Change Audit to provide better visibility into schedule changes. When a course date period is cancelled, the audit now correctly records that the associated student enrollments were dropped due to the cancellation.
  • [UME] Student Administrator — Improved the Student Advancement wizard to prevent duplicate advancement records. The “Next Step” button is now disabled immediately after being clicked, ensuring the process completes fully before another request can be initiated.
  • [UME] Student Administrator, Course Coordinator — Corrected an issue on the Procedures View page where selecting a clerkship with a large volume of procedure logs caused the page to time out. The page now loads successfully for all clerkships.
  • [UME] Course Coordinator — Improved the SIS Completion Statistics Details view to respect configured evaluation access levels. Course coordinators can now only click into and view individual evaluation responses if they have the appropriate permissions for that evaluation type.
  • [UME] Faculty — Updated the subject line of the final evaluation notification email to “MedHub – Pending Final Evaluations (#)” to more accurately reflect the status of evaluations that are pending, not overdue.

Medhub Release Notes | April 15, 2026

Enhancements

  • [UME] Student Administrator — Added visibility for deferred students in the Admin Lottery Results view. A warning icon now appears next to deferred students on the “Scheduled by Student” tab, with hover text showing the affected course names. In the Request Details panel, any course a student is deferred from now displays in red across all pathway results.

Updates

  • [GME] GME Office — Improved the New Resident Import Wizard so that when an invalid or corrupted spreadsheet is uploaded, the system now shows a clear, user-friendly error message.
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator — Corrected an issue in PLA Management that prevented PLA Rotation Requests in “Pending Approval” status from being force-approved by GME users. These requests can now be approved successfully, with all downstream components updating as expected.
  • [GME] Program Administrator — Corrected an issue on the MedHub Administrator home page where MedHub Community alerts could intermittently fail to load due to a short connection timeout.
  • [GME] Program Administrator — Corrected an issue in Continuity Clinics (View by Clinic tab) that caused an error when clicking Modify on a faculty member’s clinic entry. Faculty and resident clinic entries can now be modified from this view.
  • [GME] Program Administrator — Addressed an issue in Procedures View that caused a blank page when selecting all residents in large programs. The page now has additional time to complete loading so administrators at larger programs can view procedures for all residents.
  • [GME] Program Administrator — Corrected an issue with the QGenda shifts/calls interface that occurred when multiple programs were mapped to the same internal shift/call in MedHub, which caused some valid assignments to not appear after import. All mapped assignments will now import correctly.
  • [GME] Program Administrator — Corrected an issue with the QGenda 2.0 Clinics interface that caused clinic assignments to post to the wrong trainee when two users shared the same staff key. Assignments will now route to the correct trainee.
  • [UME] Student Administrator — Corrected an issue in Pathway Selection lotteries that allowed students who were deferred from specific courses to still be enrolled in those courses after optimization. Deferred students are now correctly skipped during enrollment generation.
  • [GME] Program Administrator — Corrected an issue in the Resident PubMed Mass Importer that could cause a technical error when submitting the form. The importer now submits successfully for single, multiple, or no residents selected
