Updates

[GME/UME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Student Administrator, Course Coordinator, Faculty, Resident, Student — Corrected a layout issue on evaluation forms where the evaluatee’s photo displaced the evaluator’s name. The photo now displays in the upper-right corner with evaluator, evaluatee, rotation, and date details properly aligned. This fix applies to completed evaluations, printable versions, and both standard and tiered evaluation forms.
[GME] GME Office, Program Administrator — Resolved an issue where the IRIS pre-test process failed for programs with large datasets. The demographic verification step now handles encrypted data reliably, ensuring duplicate identifier checks complete without error.

[GME] GME Office — Resolved an issue where deleting a resident profile did not remove their associated onboarding application, causing errors if the deleted applicant accessed their welcome link. Removing a resident now clears their application record, and orphaned records from past deletions have been cleaned up.
[GME] Program Administrator — Corrected the ACGME procedure import tool to accurately capture all procedures in a case-log file, including multiple procedures per surgical case, administrator-selected procedure type mappings, and Patient/Case IDs from the source file.
[GME] Program Administrator, Faculty, Resident — Resolved a display issue causing procedures to appear multiple times in the “By Procedure Type” view, and fixed a synchronization gap that generated duplicate evaluation requests for a single procedure log. Procedures now appear once across all views, and evaluation requests are issued only for newly added procedures, including those logged via mobile.
