  • [GME] GME Office – Corrected an issue in Contract Sections where adding style tags like bold, italics, or underline was causing misalignment of text.
  • [GME] Resident – Corrected issue causing procedure logs to display an error when the program allows for a write-in diagnosis
  • [GME] Program Administrator – Corrected an issue in View Completed Evaluations, selecting certain forms returns an HTTP 500 Error (or blank screen)
  • [GME] GME Office and Hospital Finance – Updated the mechanism that syncs residency code information to ensure all residency codes contained the expected alternate IRP eligibility designation
  • [UME] Student Administrator – Corrected an issue where the Export Evaluation Data function was creating Excel files with blank rows
  • [UME] Student Administrator – Corrected an issue when copying Course Objectives and Sessions such that Primary Instructional Method Hours and Minutes were not getting copied

  • [GME] GME Office, Hospital Finance and Program Administrator – The Resident Scheduling Errors report now shows instances where a trainee is scheduled to multiple clinics in a day that amount to over a full day

  • [GME/UME] All user types – Updated email security configuration to address reports of some email alerts failing client-side DKIM checks
  • [GME] GME Office and Hospital Finance – Updated the Bill Funding Source report so that the total days column respects the “Hide programs with no billable activity” option
  • [GME] GME Office and Program Administrator – Corrected issue that caused some users not to receive Moonlighting Request notification emails when the option to include program directors in the process was deselected

  • [UME] Student Administrator and Course Coordinator – Corrected issue that caused some text within the Curriculum Mapping functionality to overlap when viewed in Firefox

  • [GME/UME] Resident and Medical Student – Updated the language that appears when a learner triggers a potential work hours violation to be accurate in both GME and UME contexts
  • [UME] Course Coordinator – Updated Course Dates dropdown in the Student Groups page to only show course dates associated with the currently selected course
  • [UME] Student Administrator – Updated access to Final evaluations sent from the core course of a student enrolled in a site based course to show for course director

  • [GME] Faculty – Updated faculty score distribution calculation on the faculty’s view of aggregate evaluations to consider the number of evaluations included in the report instead of the total completed
  • [GME] Faculty and Resident – Updated an API call to allow faculty and residents to initiate evaluations on off-program faculty on the mobile app
  • [GME] Faculty and Resident – Updated an API call to allow faculty and residents to initiate evaluations on off-program residents on the mobile app
  • [GME] Hospital Finance – Corrected issue causing an incorrect ECFMG Issue Date value to display in the IRIS 2.0 Data Browser
