[GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Faculty – The exception message for 24+4 max-hour violations now dynamically reflects the actual merging scenario (continuous work, short-break concatenation, or manual merger).

Enhancements

[GME/UME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Student Administrator, Course Coordinator – Updated the procedures/appendProcedure API so that case log evaluations are generated for all roles enabled for verification (e.g., “Assisted”), not just the “Performed” role. This ensures evaluations are consistently delivered based on your program or clerkship settings.
[UME] Student Administrator, Course Coordinator – The student lookup API now returns all courses where a student is eligible to log procedures, including recently ended enrollments within the configured logging window. This makes it easier for interfaces to display the correct course options for procedure logging.

Updates

[GME/UME] All Users – Modernized table layouts across all portals to ensure consistent content alignment and improved compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
[GME/UME] All Users – Updated table header colors to a high-contrast navy across all portals, ensuring column headers meet WCAG 2.1 AA readability standards.
[GME/UME] All Users – Improved color contrast for hint messages, inactive links, and status indicators across the platform to enhance readability and meet accessibility standards
[UME] Student Administrator, Course Coordinator, Student – Fixed the course-level rotation schedule key legend so screen readers and keyboard navigation can correctly interpret schedule color keys and activity descriptions.
[GME/UME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Student Administrator, Course Coordinator – Fixed a system crash that occurred when filtering the Resident or Student Search with an empty program selection. The system now handles this scenario gracefully without requiring a re-login.
[GME] Program Administrator – Fixed an issue where QGenda-imported clinic assignments incorrectly pre-populated work hours on trainee timesheets, even when the “Pre-populate Clinic Hours” setting was disabled. The import process now correctly honors the program-level configuration.
[UME] Student Administrator, Course Coordinator – Fixed an issue where some outside faculty members were missing from the Aggregate Evaluation Report’s target list. All valid outside faculty — including those linked to child clerkships — now appear correctly.

Enhancements

[UME] Student — Updated the procedures/procedureTypes and procedures/procedureCounts API calls to include procedure types from both core courses and site-based courses, ensuring that procedure counts are calculated and updated accurately.

Updates

[GME/UME] All User Types — Improved the experience when accessing Community files from within MedHub by automatically establishing a secure session, allowing users to view or download linked documents without being prompted to log in to the Community site separately.
[GME/UME] Internal Users — Introduced a visibility control for Community files that allows administrators to designate specific files as “Public” which can be accessed by users via a direct link, while “Private” files remain protected by existing user-type access rules.
[GME] GME Office, Program Administrator, Residents — Corrected an issue with the academic year date range on the Schedules page that prevented Read-Only users from viewing individual schedules.
[GME] GME Office, Residents — Resolved an issue in Credentials Monitoring so incoming residents are included in the monitored count
[GME] Program Administrator — Corrected a system error that occurred when attempting to use the “Upload Attendance From Excel” wizard in the Conferences interface. The wizard now opens successfully, allowing administrators to import conference attendance data from Excel templates as expected.
[GME]  External Approvers— Fixed a defect that caused external signers to encounter a blank screen when clicking the emailed link to sign a Program Letter of Agreement (PLA). The signature page now loads correctly for external users, allowing them to complete the signature process without requiring an internal MedHub account.

[UME] Student Administrator, Course Coordinator, Faculty — Added sort functionality to the Release column in the Student Evaluations > All Evaluations grid, allowing users to quickly group evaluations by their release status.
[UME] Student Administrator, Course Coordinator, Student — Updated the API call procedures/diagnosis to include diagnosis types setup for the core course when requesting information for the site-based course.

Updates

[GME/UME] All User Types — Improved the visual clarity and accessibility across multiple pages by updating table headers with a high-contrast color palette that ensures key information is easier to read for all users.
[GME/UME] All User Types — Implemented platform-wide security enhancements to the account recovery process. These updates ensure that password reset functionality strictly adheres to institutional security settings and prevents unauthorized access to recovery tools.
[GME] GME Office — Optimized the New Resident Import wizard to support large-scale data processing efficiently, without timing out.
[UME] Student Administrator, Course Coordinator, Faculty, Student — Corrected an issue that caused student’s legal name instead of their preferred name to display on evaluations delivered via Student Identify Supervisor (SIS) requests. Evaluation titles now consistently use the preferred first name when available regardless of delivery mechanism.
[UME] Student Administrator, Faculty — Updated the Advisor/Advisee assignment mechanism so that when a faculty is granted access to ‘All Students’, they are only given access to the students associated with the school the Student Administrator is modifying. Previously, if a faculty had access to more than one school, assigning ‘All Students’ would assign all students at every school they were associated with.

Service names now only appear as clickable links when a valid track is assigned, preventing navigation errors.

The delivery process now correctly identifies Special Purpose Training records, ensuring all trainees receive their required onboarding documents.

Updates

  • [GME/UME] All User Types — Corrected an issue where system emails could fail to send if a user’s email address contained certain hidden characters. These characters are now automatically removed to ensure reliable email delivery.
  • [GME/UME] All User Types — Improved the completeness of evaluation reporting by ensuring all relevant evaluation types, including Faculty evaluation of a service/clinic, are available as filter options across several reports.

  • [GME/UME] Internal Users — Corrected an issue with the Support Site integration where closing a Jira ticket linked to a deleted support thread caused a technical error.
  • [GME] GME Office, Program Administrator — Corrected an issue with the residentInfo and residentEducation API endpoints where the school name was not being returned for certain records. The API now correctly identifies and returns the school name based on the associated school code.
  • [GME] GME Office — Improved the ERAS Import Wizard to handle scenarios where the temporary import file is missing or inaccessible. The wizard now displays a clear error message and instructions to restart the process instead of triggering a system error.
  • [GME] Hospital Finance — Corrected an issue on the IRIS pre-test landing page where an error occurred when viewing datasets that did not yet have a “last run” date. The page now loads successfully and displays “Unknown” if the pre-test was previous run, but the run occurred before the last run date was tracked. If the user navigates directly to the pre-test page before it is run, they are landed back on the IRIS 2.0 list view with a message to run the pre-test.
  • [UME] Student Administrator — Improved the Enrollment Change Audit to provide better visibility into schedule changes. When a course date period is cancelled, the audit now correctly records that the associated student enrollments were dropped due to the cancellation.
  • [UME] Student Administrator — Improved the Student Advancement wizard to prevent duplicate advancement records. The “Next Step” button is now disabled immediately after being clicked, ensuring the process completes fully before another request can be initiated.
  • [UME] Student Administrator, Course Coordinator — Corrected an issue on the Procedures View page where selecting a clerkship with a large volume of procedure logs caused the page to time out. The page now loads successfully for all clerkships.
  • [UME] Course Coordinator — Improved the SIS Completion Statistics Details view to respect configured evaluation access levels. Course coordinators can now only click into and view individual evaluation responses if they have the appropriate permissions for that evaluation type.
  • [UME] Faculty — Updated the subject line of the final evaluation notification email to “MedHub – Pending Final Evaluations (#)” to more accurately reflect the status of evaluations that are pending, not overdue.
